This summer a group of friends and I set out from the East Coast for a dredging adventure on the West Coast. Many months of planning and preparation went into this trip. Several men travelled ahead, driving cross country with the equipment, to set up camp and get the expedition underway. It was truly an adventure, an experience I'll never forget, to be so far from home but to be surrounded by the familiar faces of friends.
